Stuck On Stupid

Scientists think they have found the cause of the beer goggle effect.  That is where a person after consuming alcoholic beverages finds one of the opposite sex,sometimes the same sex, depending on your preferences, improves in attractiveness with the amount of libations ingested.

I have to admit that has happened to me on occasion, but my impression was that the booze just kick started the brain into imagining  what you wanted to see.  Desperation kicks in and the booze goes to work for you because deep in the depths of that gray matter you know you are looking kind of sloppy, disheveled and stuck on stupid.
