Mary McCarthy the leaker who has been fired from the CIA was originally brought into service by Bill Clinton and his advisor Sandy Berger. Berger, of the secrets in the "Fruit Of The Looms" notoriety when he heisted secret memos from the National Archives,appointed McCarthy in 1998. 

All roads  lead to Clinton & his pals when top secrets are illegally leaked or sold for campaign donations.
