Senator Barbara Boxer (d-CA) has an amendment attached to a spending bill making it difficult for illegal aliens to be deported adding them to census figures for 2010 to give Democrats the advantage in allotting more congressional seats. This would allow the democrats an unfair advantage in redistricting efforts.
